About

A small team building the runtime we needed ourselves.

Infrail started because running agents in production meant stitching together queues, sandboxes, vector stores, and tracing by hand, and re-doing it for every project. We are building one runtime that handles it properly.

Where we are today

Infrail is in early access. The runtime, tool invocation, memory, and tracing are working and in use. Durable workflows and several integrations are still being built. We onboard customers one at a time so we can support each properly.

We do not publish customer logos or usage figures we cannot back up. When we have numbers worth sharing, they will appear here with context.

Infrastructure, not a demo

Agents fail in the same places every distributed system fails: retries, timeouts, state, and observability. That is the problem we work on.

Boring is a feature

Predictable latency, clear logs, and simple primitives beat clever abstractions that break under load.

Say what is true

If something is unfinished, the docs and this site say so. We would rather lose a deal than misrepresent the product.

Close to customers

We are small on purpose. Early customers talk to the engineers building the thing, not a support queue.
